Damage & Loss Policy

At CSTILE, we take pride in maintaining the quality and presentation of our collections. We kindly ask our clients to treat all rental items with care to preserve their beauty and condition.

  1. Clients are responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until collection.
  2. Charges may apply for:
    • Broken items
    • Missing items
    • Burn marks
    • Excessive staining
    • Irreparable damage
  3. Minor cleaning resulting from normal use is included in the rental fee.
  4. CSTILE reserves the right to determine whether an item requires cleaning, repair, or replacement.
  5. Replacement costs will be charged at the current retail or replacement value of the item.
