1. Delivery and collection services are available throughout Qatar, subject to location and availability.
2. Delivery and collection fees, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Clients must ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the rental items upon delivery.
4. Rental items must be accessible and ready for collection at the agreed collection time.
5. Additional charges may apply if:
   • Collection is delayed due to client unavailability.
   • Access restrictions were not communicated in advance.
   • Additional trips are required.
6. CSTILE shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including traffic, weather conditions, or venue restrictions.
